"I have become stronger and have lost weight (63 lbs). I initially started the camp after having my second child. I had back-to-back pregnancies and had become weak and inactive. When I first started the camp in October '08, I was only able to do 100 crunches, walk the mile, run one lap, and do 25 push-ups." Read More
