Women's Fitness Boot Camp/Running Training:
Time & Locations

 

 

Location/Time: Dublin (8151 Village Parkway, Dublin CA 94568)

 

(Future Locations:  Castro Valley Boot Camp, San Ramon Boot Camp, Pleasanton Boot Camp, Danville Boot Camp, Blackhawk Boot Camp)

 

Morning Classes:

5:30 a.m. - 6:30am  Dublin High School Weight Room

9:30 a.m. - 10:30am  Dublin Sportsgrounds- Located along Dublin side of 580/680 freeway crossing
 

Evening Classes:

4:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. Dublin High School Track

6:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. Dublin High School Track

 

Saturday- 8am-9am or 9am-10am - DHS Track

 

Monthly Fees:

 

Bronze Package: $140/  (Only $17.50hr)

2 days a week 1hr Sessions

Silver Package: $195/  (Only $16.25hr)

 3 Days Per Week 1HR SESSIONS

5 days per WEEK (the quickest way to get in SHAPE and the most affordable: $14.50 hr)

Running Class for COUCH POTATOES who want train for 5k, 10k or Marathon
