Sports Conditioning Camp: SPEED - AGILITY – QUICKNESS-TRAINING


 The sports Conditioning camp is designed to teach the student proper ways to warm up,     stretch  and train in an effort to increase speed, agility and quickness (SAQ).  You will learn proper ways to train in an effort to increase speed, agility and quickness with the goal of helping you jump higher, run faster, and increase power.

 

 This clinic is perfect for athletes that would like to earn an Athletic Scholarship from sports such as:

 *Soccer-*Basketball-*Football-*Baseball-*Softball-

*Track-*Lacrosse**Wrestling-*Tennis-*Volleyball

 

Text Box: Who:  For boys and girls grades 6th through 12th grade
 
When:  Tuesday and Thursday
 
 Morning Camp:  10:00am-12:00pm
Afternoon Camp:  3:30-4:30pm
 
          Second Camp: July 1-July 10th
 
Third Camp: July 15- July 24th
 
Fourth Clinic:  July 29- August 7th
 
Where: Dublin High Stadium
 
Cost: $150 a Clinic (2 weeks each Camp)
 
***$20 off when you sign up for 2 camps
***$50 off when you sign up for 3 camps

Summer Run/Walk Class for Teens & Adults

 

Whether you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, lose weight or take your running to the next level I can help you reach your goals.  I can help you train for that  5k, 10k or marathon you have always wanted to train for but didn't know how to. You will do a variety of coached workouts while enjoying the fellowship and safety of a running group. Depending on your level, the class will include steady-paced walk/runs, speed training, intervals, hills, fartleks, and tempo runs.  Seminars provided regarding proper stretching, nutrition, and footwear. A personal running schedule will be given to every participant.
