Initial Consultation:
We will meet for a complimentary evaluation to assess your fitness and discuss your goals, and assess your fitness. From this evaluation, we will develop a clear strategy for your goals - including a clear timeline, fitness and nutritional plan, and short and long term objectives.
The Game Plan:
After your evaluation, we will schedule weekly training which focus on improving all aspects of your fitness (balance, cardiovascular conditioning, fat loss and body tone) while also building motivation
