Philosophy
Our Approach
Having been an athlete for the majority of my life, I have enjoyed and witnessed the benefits of health and nutrition. I have also learned however, that being in shape is not about waking up at 6 am to run ten miles or benching more than your weight. These tasks represent mere physical effort, while being truly fit is a state of mind. Proper fitness incorporates the mind and body in to one dynamic representing a commitment to self improvement. As a fitness professional, it is my duty to not only train my clients, but to provide them the tools and knowledge to live a healthy life.

Testimonials
-
"I have become stronger and have lost weight (63 lbs). I initially started the camp after having my second child. I had back-to-back pregnancies and had become weak and inactive. When I first started the camp in October '08, I was only able to do 100 crunches, walk the mile, run one lap, and do 25 push-ups." Read More

"For the first two months, I was physically unable to run. Since that time, I've grown stronger, lost weight gone down 3 dress and pant sizes, run in 4 5K races, made my doctor quite happy and am transforming into a different person." Read More
