My approach
Having been an athlete for the majority of my life, I have enjoyed and witnessed the benefits of health and nutrition.
I have also learned however, that being in shape is not about waking up at 6 am to run ten miles or benching 300lbs. These tasks represent mere physical effort, while being truly fit is a state of mind. Proper fitness incorporates the mind, and body in to one dynamic--representing a commitment to self improvement.
As a fitness professional, it is my duty to not only train my clients, but to provide them the tools and knowledge to live a healthy life.
Designing a program specifically for you
1. Initial Consultation:
We will meet for a complimentary evaluation to assess your fitness and discuss your goals, and assess your fitness. From this evaluation, we will develop a clear strategy for your goal - including a clear timeline, fitness and nutritional plan, and short and long term objectives.
2. The Game Plan:
After your evaluation, we will schedule weekly training which focus on improving all aspects of your fitness (balance, cardiovascular conditioning, fat loss and body tone) while also building motivation.
3. The Outcome:
Ultimately the key to your goal will be consistency. If you can dedicate yourself to our program, I promise you WILL achieve your goal.
