Whether you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, lose weight or take your running to the next level I can help you reach your goals. I have worked with middle school, high school, college, disable athletes and many Olympic hopefuls that have very specific goals and motivations to succeed.
I can help you train for that 5k, 10k or marathon, track and field, triathlon you have always wanted to train for but didn't know how to.
You are not only getting a running coach but also your very own PERSONAL TRAINER that will keep you strong and injury free.

Running coaching consists of:
You will do a variety of coached workouts while enjoying the fellowship and safety of a running group. Depending on your level, the training will include steady-paced walk/runs, speed training, intervals, hills, fartleks, and tempo runs.
A personal running schedule will be given to every participant.
Topics that will be covered as part of the training but are not limited to:
1. Principles of Endurance Training

3. Nutrition
4. Proper Running Mechanics
5. Racing Strategy
6. Shoe Selection
7. Flexibility
